You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 14jl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
14jl will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, social media, or any other channel. If any person — including someone claiming to represent 14jl — requests your password or OTP code, treat this as a phishing attempt and report it to our support team immediately.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your 14jl account, whether or not authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 14jl support immediately. 14jl shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
14jl accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account or any funds contained therein to any third party.
Currency. All transactions on 14jl are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency conversions are applied to player deposits or withdrawals.
Deposits. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, UnionBank, and selected over-the-counter channels. Deposit processing times vary by method but GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds.

Anti-Money Laundering. 14jl complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR's AML regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. 14jl reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending AML investigations.
